The Send It Foundation offers free outdoor adventure programs (skiing, climbing, backpacking, and surfing) for young adult cancer fighters and survivors. Their mission is to “inspire positivity, courage, and gratitude in young adult cancer fighters and survivors through the gift of outdoor adventure and community.”

First Descents offers fully funded outdoor adventure programs (rock climbing, kayaking, surfing, etc.) to young adults impacted by cancer or serious health conditions. Their goal is healing through connection, challenge, and community.

Sail Beyond Cancer provides respite sailing experiences at no cost to cancer patients and their loved ones. Their mission is to use the healing power of wind, water, and sail to offer moments of peace and restoration.

Cancer & Careers is a nonprofit that “empowers and educates people with cancer to thrive in their workplace” by offering tools, expert advice, educational events, and resources around managing work during or after cancer treatment.
